Corporate Website Republishing Licence
Newspapers and their websites are protected by copyright. Therefore, it is important to ensure that your organisation has permission when placing newspaper articles on your corporate website.
The Corporate Website Republishing Licence gives organisations the permission to post content from selected newspapers on their website.
Subject to certain terms and conditions, the licence permits:
- Scanning an article and posting it as a PDF on corporate websites
- Republishing headlines and text extracts
This includes content from both the printed and online editions of participating publishers' newspapers.
Please note; all use requires an appropriate accreditation and, if using content from a newspaper website, a link to the original website.
For use outside the terms and conditions, please contact the syndication department of the respective newspaper.
Newspaper content attributed to these agencies are excluded from the licence.
The Licence Fee
The annual licence fee is based on the number of articles posted on your corporate website. Please refer to the application for more details.
